With your new Prescott Ranch home on the horizon, it’s time to take in all the available options. Let’s check out a little more about what you can discover in our range of move-in ready homes and the ones nearing completion. 

Available Homes 

A whole host of new homes is coming available at Prescott Ranch, with both Morgan and Appaloosa models on the roster. Located on Butler Creek Ave, Dillinger Dr, and Masterson Ln, the homes coming up offer a little something for every taste. 

In the Appaloosa homes, houses sit on 6,000-square-foot lots, with both 3- to 5-bedroom options. At 1509 Masterson Ln., Series Plan 3 has an opportunity to shine. At this point, you know it can come with some of the customizations, like a bonus room, fireplace, and covered patio, not to mention an owner tub and fourth bedroom upstairs.  

At 1503 and 1515 Masterson Ln, see variations on Series Plan 4, with different exteriors and options that include extra bedrooms, a den, or even an in-law suite. At 805 Butler Creek Ave, check out Plan 1, with a single-story as well as the choice of a den, rather than the third bedroom. Then getting into the Morgan homes, built on 3000-square-foot lots, these detached townhomes pack a lot into a smaller lot size. At 916 and 910 Dillinger Dr, see Plan 1 on display, with both homes move-in ready. Both opt for the base plan across the board, which, as we know, is stocked full of amenities. You can find Plan 2 at 914 Dillinger Dr, and Plan 3 at 912 Dillinger Dr. And 918 Dillinger Dr. will be ready soon, featuring Plan 4. Upgraded Features 

There’s a lot more you can modify than just floor plans. While the homes at Prescott Ranch come with plenty of features that are upgrades with many other developers, you still have the option of adding on some specialty features as upgrades. 

These vary by plan type, but they include things like additional lighting, extra outlets, cabinet finishing upgrades, crown molding, mudroom cabinets, a washer and dryer, upgraded flooring, window blinds, and matte hardware.
