Belgrade, MT, September 8, 2020 – This September, the greater Belgrade community will come together to celebrate the enormous progress at Prescott Ranch and its impact on the Gallatin Valley. Belgrade’s newest neighborhood provides much-needed housing to this rapidly growing city and has been successful through support from the city, state, and business community since its inception. This month, Bates Homes will commemorate the recent opening of Prescott Ranch with a Ribbon Cutting event and a public September Social.

Ribbon Cutting

September 16th, 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

On Wednesday, September 16th, Belgrade city staff, elected officials, and the Belgrade and Bozeman Chambers of Commerce, will join Prescott Ranch builder Bates Homes for the official Ribbon Cutting. This exciting event, hosted at Prescott Ranch, will begin with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres from 4 – 4:30 p.m., followed by the official ribbon-cutting and words from speakers who have helped make Prescott Ranch possible. After the presentation, guests will have the opportunity to tour our thoughtfully designed model homes, enjoy food and drinks, and socialize with the Bates Homes family and staff.

 

September Social

September 19th & 20th, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The following weekend, on September 19th and 20th, the public is invited to join us at Prescott Ranch for our September Social. From 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., guests can tour our model homes and learn more about what Prescott Ranch has to offer while enjoying light refreshments and desserts in our beautiful neighborhood.
