By submitting my Full Name above and agreeing to the Photography and Media Release Form, I hereby grant permission to Bates Homes, Prescott Ranch, and its representatives to take and use photographs and/or videos of me and my family for use in social media, advertising, and other marketing and promotional materials.

I understand and agree that these images and/or videos may be used in a variety of formats and media, including but not limited to print, digital, and online publications, and for purposes such as marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional activities.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs and/or videos.
